At Priseria, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Please review your cart carefully and verify sizes, colors, quantities, and shipping details before completing checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as processing begins immediately.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delivery delays, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. For lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll share order and tracking details to assist where possible.

Product Descriptions & Colors

We aim for accurate photos and descriptions, but minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing runs. These variations do not qualify for a return or refund.
